For Integrated Shield Plan (ISP) health insurance policies, we can apply for a Letter of Guarantee (LOG) for you from the insurer directly for your procedure. We use the Ministry of Health tables of surgical procedures for such claims.

We recommend pre-authorization for inpatient treatment. The insurer may request for your medical records to assess the LOG. They will perform their checks and then provide a LOG (usually within 3 working days). Depending on insurer and plan, a co-payment component may be payable. We will keep you informed at every step of the way.

We are currently not on insurance panels, as the specialty of Diagnostic Radiology has not been provisioned for under such panels. This will change in the future. The current framework is to obtain a letter of guarantee in advance of your procedure, and we have been successful in doing so for our cases.
